Father Time is probably a kidnapper. Look how distressed this kid looks. He has this look of fear that father time is going to take his scythe and cut him.
Father Time is just going to speed up time until the kid surpresses the memory of his traumatic kidnapping until he forgets it. That way he doesn't get in trouble and his face won't be plastered on Court TV. Father Time is fucking metal!
